" The Guest House is spotlessly clean, well appointed and homely looking. The room was spacious, well decorated with an array of amenities. The breakfast was excellent, by far the best and tastiest that we have found from a number of B&B's, Guest Houses and Hotels that we have stayed in over the years in the Lake District. We have now found the Guest House that we plan to re-visit over again for years to come. High Fold Guest House run by Sue and Les is one that we will be recommending to friends and family." " Quality accommodation with a friendly feel. Les and Sue could not have been more helpful during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and maintained to a very high standard. The variety of fruits, yogurts and cereals at breakfast was extensive and the cooked breakfasts were delicious. They are extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area and local walks and the necessary guide books and pamphlets were available for our use.
